Income Property Evaluator app for iPhone and iPad

Income Property Evaluator is a professional real estate analysis application designed specifically for IOS devices. The application was designed to be used by prospective property investors, real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and appraisers.

Income Property Evaluator is extremely useful on the go. During a visit to a potential income property, the app allows you to quickly enter property information and save images, allowing you to access the financial viability of a property in a matter of minutes.

The application allows for the inputting of financial information including purchase price, mortgage amount, purchasing fees and capital improvements, and couples these with monthly income and expense information. The application is then able to output powerful analysis such as monthly and annual cash flow, return on investment, annual rate of return, mortgage schedule, and buy and hold projections.

A range of additional qualitative property information can be entered into the application including property owner, legal designations, building description, and neighborhood description.

The application is able to produce a professional income property analysis report in PDF format using all qualitative and quantitative information. This professional report allows for custom presenter and client information, as well as a main image and up to six exterior and six interior images.

The standard version of the app is free but includes ads, limits the number of saved properties, and provides limited saving, printing, and exporting functionality. Upgrade to the premium version to remove all ads and save, print, or export any number of professional pdf reports to yourself and clients.

The application is designed to be used in Canada and the United States, however, it is flexible enough to be used in any english speaking country. Support for non-english languages is forthcoming.
